液压系统故障检查之对比替换法
当液压系统发生故障,该怎么去查找问题所在和处理故障现象呢?本文苏州逐利跟大家介绍一种常用的方法,叫对比替换法。
一般对比替换法常被用于在缺乏测试仪器的场合检查液压系统故障,并且经常结合替换法进行。对比替换方法有两种情况:一种情况是用两台型号、性能参数相同的机械进行对比试验,从中查找故障。试验过程中可对机械的可疑元件用新件或完好机械的元件进行代换,再开机试验,如性能变好,则故障所在即知。否则,可继续用同样的方法或其他方法检查其余部件。
另一种情况是对于具有相同功能回路的液压系统,采用对比替换法更为方便,而且现在许多系统的连接采用高压软管连接,为替换法的实施提供了更为方便的条件。遇到可疑元件时,要更换另一回路的完好元件时,不需拆卸元件,只要更换相应的软管接头即可。

例如在检查三工位母线机(主要完成定位、折弯、冲孔动作)的液压系统故障时,有一回路工作无压力,怀疑液压泵有问题。结果对调了两个液压泵软管的接头,一次就消除了故障存在的可能性。对比替换方法在调试两台以上相同的液压站时非常有效。例如在调试四台垃圾处理液压站时,就充分应用了这种方法。垃圾处理站的主油缸的动作顺序是:快进一工进一快退,快进是通过差动连接来实现的。
调试过程中其中一台的故障现象是:快进与工进的速度没有区别。为此,我们采用了对比替换方法,首先将有故障的液压站的液压阀对应放在无故障的液压站上,对比试验也出现了同样的问题,说明原液压站上的集成块没有问题,这样原因就落在液压阀上。第二步对液压阀进行检查,发现其中控制快进、工进的液压阀的阀芯装反了,将阀芯倒过来以后, 液压阀装在原液压站上,故障现象得以排除。
