液压系统齿轮泵特点及其工作原理

一、齿轮泵的类型特点


(1)液压系统中齿轮泵是一种以啮合原理工作的液压泵,它是现代液压技术中结构简单、价格低廉、产量及用量非常广泛的一种液压泵。在各种齿轮泵中,由于标准的渐开线外啮合直齿齿轮泵的齿轮容易加工和检测,故应用最为普遍。这种齿轮泵中大多采用一对参数相同的齿轮,只有个别特殊用泵有三个或更多齿轮。


二、齿轮泵的工作原理


(1)渐开线外啮合齿轮泵的工作原理及几个关键问题


①工作原理渐开线外啮合齿轮泵中大多采用一对参数相同的齿轮,特殊用泵有三个或更多齿轮。


图1所示为采用一对齿轮的渐开线外啮合齿轮泵工作原理,几何参数相同的主动齿轮4和从动齿轮7被封闭在齿廓、壳体1和侧盖板等构成的密封的空间中而啮合。壳体1、侧盖板和齿轮的各个齿谷(齿间)组成了许多密封工作腔5。齿轮的齿顶和壳体内孔表面间及齿轮端面和侧盖板之间的间隙很小,而且啮合齿的接触面接触紧密、起密封作用并把吸、压油区隔开(配流作用)。当原动机通过传动轴3带动主动齿轮4及从动齿轮7按图示方向运转时,在吸油腔6由于轮齿脱离啮合使齿间容积变大,出现真空而从油箱8吸油;吸入的油液由旋转的齿谷(齿间)携带至压油腔9;在压油腔由于齿间容积减小而将油压至系统。泵轴旋转一周,每个工作腔吸、压油各一次。原动机带动泵连续运转时,泵便连续地、周期性地压油。

(2)渐开线内啮合齿轮泵的工作原理


渐开线内啮合齿轮泵与渐开线外啮合齿轮泵的工作原理相同。如图3所示,一个主动齿轮1与一个较大的从动齿轮(内齿环)2构成啮合副,两者同向旋转,月牙板3将吸油腔4与压油腔5隔开。在吸油腔正在脱离啮合的齿间容积增大,形成真空,油液在大气压作用下进入吸油腔,填满各齿间;在下半部压油腔两齿轮进入啮合时,齿间容积减小,将油液压出。

高压内啮合齿轮泵与高压外啮合齿轮泵一样,可采用端面间隙和径向间隙补偿来提高容积效率,其最高工作压力已达32MPa。


(3)摆线齿轮泵的工作原理摆线齿轮泵又称转子泵,其齿形为摆线,外转子比内转子多一个齿。摆线齿轮泵的工作原理如图4所示。壳体6上开有通油箱的吸油口7和通系统的压油口8。外转子4比内转子2多一个齿,且内、外转子之间有偏心距e。在工作时,内转子所有的轮齿均进入啮合。各相邻齿的啮合线、壳体与两侧的配油盘形成几个封闭工作容腔。随着内转子绕中心01顺时针方向转动,外转子绕02中心同向异速旋转。各容腔的容积发生变化。因而,容腔中的油液通过配油盘吸油窗口5和压油窗口3进行吸油和压油。中高压摆线齿轮泵与外啮合齿轮泵一样,采用端面间隙补偿来提高容积效率,其最高工作压力可达16MPa。
