液压系统电液换向阀介绍及其原理
液压系统电液换向阀是由电磁滑阀和液动滑阀组合而成的复合阀。电磁滑阀起先导作用,它可以改变控制液流的方向,从而改变液动滑阀阀芯的位置。液动换向阀为主阀,它可以改变主油路的方向。由于操纵液动滑阀的液压推力可以很大,所以主阀芯的尺寸可以做得很大,允许有较大流量的油液通过。这样用较小的电磁铁就能控制较大的液流。因此 电液换向阀综合了电磁阀和液动阀的优点,具有控制方便、流量大的特点。

图1所示为液压系统弹簧对中型三位四通电液换向阀的结构和职能符号。当先导电磁阀左边的电磁铁通电后使其阀芯向右边位置移动,来自主阀P口或外接油口的控制压力油可经先导电磁阀的A'口和左单向阀进入主阀左端容腔,并推动主阀阀芯向右移动,这时主阀阀芯右端容腔中的控制油液可通过右边的节流阀经先导电磁阀的B'口和T'口,再从主阀的T口或外接油口流回油箱(主阀阀芯的移动速度可由右边的节流阀调节),使主阀P与A、B和T的油路相通;反之,由先导电磁阀右边的电磁铁通电,可使P与B、A与T的油路相通;当先导电磁阀的两个电磁铁均不带电时,阀芯在其对中弹簧作用下回到中位,此时来自主阀P口或外接油口的控制压力油不再进入主阀芯的左右两容腔,主阀芯左右两腔的油液通过先导电磁阀中间位置的A'、B'两油口与先导电磁阀T'口相通[如图1(a)所示],再从主阀的T口或外接油口流回油箱。液压系统主阀阀芯在两端对中弹簧的预压力的推动下,依靠阀体定位,准确地回到中位,此时主阀的P、A、B和T油口均不通。电液换向阀除了上述的弹簧对中以外还有液压对中的,在液 压对中型的电液换向阀中,先导式电磁阀在中位时,A'、B;两油口均与油¨P连通,而T'则封闭,其他方面与弹簧对中的电液换向阀基本相似。
